    Organoleptic properties : An emerald green due to the variety with notes and scents varying due to climate zones. It can vary from light herbal notes to strong tropical ones. The complexity of our Sauvignon changes from citrus to tropical fruit notes. It is served best at 12 -14 C.

    Pairings : Ideal for fish appetizers and grilled fish.
