    Age : Poc ma bon is divide in 3 blocks the old block consist in plants that are over 40 years old than we have two more blocks that are 20 years old and 6 years old vines every block has different soil property that help us to increase the complexity of our Pinot Bianco.

    Production area : Aquileia Località Colombara

    Soils : Silty Loam with sand and Clay

    Training system : Bilateral Guyot - monolateral Guyot

    Vinification technique : no maceration with skin contact

    Aging : 90% steel with aging on the lees - 10% aging in Oak

    Organoleptic : Great wine for aperitifs. Gold yellow color. Elegant and friuty with notes of white flowers. Well structured and balanced acidity

    Pairings : Pairs well with all fish dishes, fresh cheeses and white meats
