Description : Vendemmia manuale in casetta, l’uva dopo essere pressata con i raspi segue un processo di chiarifica e fermetazione a 15 gradi. Nella primavera sucessiva viene fatto il tiraggio e le bottiglie rimangono in affinamento sur lie per 24 mesi.

Organoleptic properties : Giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati, impreziosito da un perlage fine.
Fruttato pesca bianca, susina e sbuffi di salvia. Al palato ricco e pieno si trascina in una lunga chiusura con richiami di pompelmo.

Pairings : Ideale sia come aperitivo che con pesce al forno.

Mosaic Blanc

Description : At harvest, the grapes are delivered in small bins and immediately gently pressed. The must ferments slowly at controlled temperatures (18-20°C) in wood barrels 300L . The wine is clarified through natural sedimentation of particles.Mosaic Blanc matures separately in wood barrels , at constant lees contact until the end of May. After blending and bottling, the wine matures in the bottle for at least another 3 months. Total maturation period is thus at least 14 months.

Organoleptic properties : intense yellow color and initial notes of yellow flowers, juniper, tropical fruit and peanut butter with a slight finish of vanilla. Warm and smooth on the palate with great concentration and a long and delicate finish.

Pairings : Pairs well with first courses of fish, barley soups, fresh cheeses, raw ham of San Daniele and the classic Friulan ‘frico ‘plate with polenta.

Aging : 100% French oak 12 months plus 12 months in big oak an one year of aging in the bottle

Description : the grapes are harvested around the last third of September we proceed with the destemming and it is left to ferment in wooden barrels with a capacity of 5 hl for about 20 -40 days depending on the year. 18-24 months in suitable wooden barrels of french oak.
After bottling the wine will be age for an extra year before start to be sell.

Organoleptic properties : a rich ruby red color with wild berries and black currant on the nose joined with a light spice coming from the oak.

Pairings : We recommend a combination of grilled red meats, beef or game beef. This wine, given its dryness, is also suitable for after supper accompanied by chocolate.

Organoleptic properties : This rich and radiant Chardonnay leaps from the glass with enticing aromas of nectarine, lemongrass, pear blossom and caramelized pineapple. The citrus and stone fruit layers are echoed on the silky palate where flavors of white peach, lemon zest and vanilla flow to a bright and zesty finish.

Pairing : Asian dishes, crab cakes, pork tenderloin.

Friulano Albero del Noce

Training system : Silvoz and Guyot monolateral

Vinification technique : The harvest of these grapes is followed by a 12 hours of skin contact maceration after that we procede with a soft pressing which is accompanied by a short period of settling in the total absence of sulfur dioxide. The start of fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with addition of pied de cuve at a controlled temperature. The refinement takes place on the lees for 8 months.

Aging : 80% steel with aging on the lees - 20% new and second used french oak

Organoleptic : Outstanding nose, with intense aromas of pear and apricot, barely perceivable the classic almond; further aromas of wildflowers help to give more complexity.

Pairings : Pairs well with prosciutto crudo and white meats

Organoleptic properties : an emerald green due to the variety with notes and scents varying due to climate zones. It can vary from light herbal notes to strong tropical ones. The complexity of our Sauvignon changes from citrus to tropical fruit notes. It is served best at 12 -14 C.

Pairings : Ideal for fish appetizers and grilled fish.

Organoleptic properties : originally a Greek variety, specifically Peloponnesian plains. Grows well in our areas of Friuli. A straw yellow with slight green reflections. On the nose it presents itself with lemon and mineral notes. Harmonious with a dry and pleasant finish.

Pairings : Ideal for all hours of the day especially if served fresh. To be combined with Montasio cheese, frico with polenta and crustaceans.

Organoleptic properties : The Traminer presents itself in straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. It is a fruit-forward wine with an array of tropical fruits and spicy notes, accompanied by the typical scent of roses. On the palate, this wine develops a discrete sweetness, sustained by a juicy acidity. It has a long finish with hints of ripe fruit and spices.

Pairings : Pepata di cozze, Asian Cousine.
