Description : Vendemmia manuale in casetta, l’uva dopo essere pressata con i raspi segue un processo di chiarifica e fermetazione a 15 gradi. Nella primavera sucessiva viene fatto il tiraggio e le bottiglie rimangono in affinamento sur lie per 24 mesi.

Organoleptic properties : Giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati, impreziosito da un perlage fine.
Fruttato pesca bianca, susina e sbuffi di salvia. Al palato ricco e pieno si trascina in una lunga chiusura con richiami di pompelmo.

Pairings : Ideale sia come aperitivo che con pesce al forno.

Cuvèe : Chardonnay late harvest - Malvasia - Friulano

Aging : 40% steel with aging on the lees - 60% barrique

Organoleptic properties : intense yellow color and initial notes of yellow flowers, juniper, tropical fruit and peanut butter with a slight finish of vanilla. Warm and smooth on the palate with great concentration and a long and delicate finish.

Pairings : Pairs well with first courses of fish, barley soups, fresh cheeses, raw ham of San Daniele and the classic Friulan ‘frico ‘plate with polenta.

Denomination : DOC Aquileia

Variety : Best selection of the refosco grapes

Aging : 100% barrique 12 months plus 12 months in big oak an one year of aging in the bottle

Description : the grapes are harvested around the last third of September and placed in small crates to dry for about 5 weeks in an old slab. Once the right degree of dryness is reached, we proceed with the destemming and it is left to ferment in wooden barrels with a capacity of 5 hl for about 20 -40 days depending on the year. Then it is separated from the pomace and left to settle for a few weeks and then refined for 18-24 months in suitable wooden barrels of 2.25 hl capacity.
Organoleptic properties: a rich ruby red color with wild berries and black currant on the nose joined with a light spice coming from the oak.

Pairings : We recommend a combination of grilled red meats, beef or game beef. This wine, given its dryness, is also suitable for after supper accompanied by chocolate.

Vinification technique: : Il nome Ardea Alba e la traduzione di Airone Bianco che è un volatile tipico delle nostre zone e che popola i nostri vigneti.
Le uve una volta raccolte manualmente vengono fatte macerare per 12 ore in pressa successivamente il mosto viene fatto decantare a freddo.Fermenta per metà fermentazione in acciaio e poi in tini di legno dove riposa fino alla primevera successiva .

Organoleptic properties : an emerald green due to the variety with notes and scents varying due to climate zones. It can vary from light herbal notes to strong tropical ones. The complexity of our Sauvignon changes from citrus to tropical fruit notes. It is served best at 12 -14 C.

Pairings : Ideal for fish appetizers and grilled fish.

Vinification technique : 30% pressing with Raspi, 70% maceration of 8-10 hours depending on vintage temperature with controlled fermentation

Organoleptic properties : originally a Greek variety, specifically Peloponnesian plains. Grows well in our areas of Friuli. A straw yellow with slight green reflections. On the nose it presents itself with lemon and mineral notes. Harmonious with a dry and pleasant finish.

Pairings : Ideal for all hours of the day especially if served fresh. To be combined with Montasio cheese, frico with polenta and crustaceans.
